This policy explains what happens to the details you give when you sign up for the beta of The Primer on this website. The Primer is run by Studio Innovate Pvt Ltd ("we"). We are the Data Fiduciary for these details under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect when you sign up

Your name.

Your email address.

Your mobile number.

Your child's age (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or other). We do not ask for your child's name or any other details about your child.

That you ticked the consent box, the time you did so, the wording you agreed to, and the version of this policy you saw.

Which advert, ad set and campaign brought you to this page, and the page that sent you here, if your browser tells us.

The type of browser and device you used.

A one-way scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address. We do not store the address itself.

Why we collect it

To give you a place in the beta of The Primer, an AI tutor for children aged 5 to 9, and to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the beta.

To know which of our adverts brought you here, so we can decide where to advertise.

To stop spam and repeated automatic sign-ups.

We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

This page uses the Meta pixel. When you open the page, and when you finish signing up, your browser sends Meta a record of that visit. Meta uses it to measure our adverts. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Who else gets your details

No one else. Your sign-up details are stored on a database server run for us by Microsoft Azure in India (Central India region). Microsoft stores the data for us and does not use it for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

12 months from the day you sign up. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as simple as signing up: send an email to studioinnovate@alphacodelabs.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us the mobile number you used, and say you want to withdraw. We will stop using your details and delete them. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

You can nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

Questions and complaints

Email studioinnovate@alphacodelabs.com for any question or complaint about your details. We will reply within 90 days at most.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will put the new version on this page with a new date. Each sign-up records which version was shown at the time.
